Breads

Nanna Nut Bread

1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oleo
1 egg
1 1/2 cup flour
1 t baking soda
1 t vanilla
1/2 cup milk
2 bananas -- (2 to 3)
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix and bake at 350* for about an hour

You can make this in a loaf pan.
I made 1 large loaf and 2 of the small ones.
Looks nice when made in a bundt pan with a little sugar glaze.
