A12.01. The officers of this congregation shall be a president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. Article 12. OFFICERS
- a. Duties of the officers shall be specified in the bylaws.
- b. The officers shall be voting members of the congregation.
- c. Officers of this congregation shall serve similar offices of the Church Council .
- d. The president and vice president shall be chosen from the membership of Church Council. The other officers, if not members of the Church Council shall be accorded the privilege of voice without vote in its meetings.
A12.02. The Church Council shall elect its officers at the first Church Council meeting following the annual meeting. The officers shall be elected by written ecclesiastical ballot and shall serve for one year or until their successors are elected. Their terms shall begin January 1st and end December 31st.
A12.03. No officer shall hold more than one office at a time.
