A20.01. The Church Council may enact continuing resolutions which describe the function of the various committees or organizations of this congregation. Article 20. CONTINUING RESOLUTIONS
A20.02 Continuing resolutions shall be enacted or amended by a two-thirds vote of all voting members of the Church Council.
