Section 2. Congregational Meetings

S2.01. The annual congregational meeting shall be held in the month of November, on a date to be fixed by the Church Council.

S2.02.. At the annual congregational meeting, the pastor(s), the treasurer, and the president of this congregation shall submit reports in writing.

S2.03. The agenda for the annual congregational meeting shall include, but not be limited to:

• a. opening call to order and devotions;
• b. establishing of a quorum;
• c. approval of the minutes from the previous year's congregational meeting;
• d. approval of the minutes from any other congregational meeting;
• e. election of church council members (see Art. 13);
• f. report of the pastor(s);
• g. report of the president;
• h. report of the treasurer;
• i. election of other committee members as provided in the constitution (see Article 14);
• j. old business;
• k. new business;
• l. approval of the budget for the coming year; and
• m. closing prayer.
