S4.01. The annual report of this congregation shall include the minutes of all congregational meetings held the previous year and the following reports:

  • a. Pastor(s)
  • b. Church Council secretary
  • c. Congregational president
  • d. Treasurer
  • e. Anticipated income for the coming year
  • f. Approved budget
  • g. Membership statistics
  • h. All congregational, standing and special committees
  • i. Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America
  • j Preschool
  • k. Audit Committee
  • l. Endowment Committee
