Section 7. Standing Committees
S7.01. The standing committees shall operate in accordance with the standard of operation adopted by Church Council for their respective committee, with the exception of the Endowment Fund Committee which shall operate in accordance with Section 9 of the by-laws of Faith Lutheran Church.
S7.02. The nominating committee shall recruit at least two nominees for each vacancy of the following:

a. Church Council (minimum 4 to be elected annually, see A13.02);
b. Audit Committee (minimum 1 to be elected annually, see A14.03.c.02);
c. Endowment Fund Committee (minimum 1 to be elected annually, see A14.03.c.04);
d. Synod Assembly Representatives (number to be determined by synod census formula);
e. Nominating Committee (minimum 3 to be elected annually, see A14.03.c.01).
