Cookies and Cakes


Chocolate Thunder Cake

Serving Size : 24

1 pkg German chocolate cake mix
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 jar fudge ice cream topping
16 oz. Cool Whip
2 Heath or Skor candy bars

Bake cake in a 9X13" pan as directed on box. Let cool 25-30 minutes. Poke holes in cake with wooden spoon handle. Pour on sweetened condensed milk, spread evenly. Wait 5 minutes. Spread fudge topping over cake. Wait 5 minutes. Spread Cool Whip over cake and sprinkle crushed candy bars over the top. Keep in refrigerator.

To serve: cut into squares - serves 12 to 24, depending on the size squares..

NOTES : This cake is sinfully rich!!

You may use a spice cake mix with a butterscotch topping.


7 Up Cake

3 c Flour
3 c Sugar
5 Eggs
2 1/2 Cubes butter
1 1/4 ts Vanilla
7 oz 7 UP

Mix all ingredients together well and put into angel food cake pan, or a well greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours at 325.
