Prayer Concerns

Health Concerns:

(4-20) For Faith member Don Johnson following a second hospitalization, for successful treatment of his health issue.

(4-20) For Faith member Bettemae Ramsey who is recovering from an out-patient knee procedure, that her mobility may be restored.

(4-21) For Sandra Cooper who was hospitalized, that she may be strengthened.

(4-26) For Paul Derr, brother-in-law of Faith member Audrey Derr. He is in hospice care, that he and his family may be comforted.

(5-2) For Faith member Maxine Heldridge as she struggles with the challenges of aging, that she may be content and her needs met.

(5-2) For Christine, daughter of Faith members Ken and Peggy Messick; Christine has been diagnosed with breast cancer, is recovering from surgery, but is facing further surgery and treatment, that she may be strengthened, and for her parents and family as they provide support.

 (5-3) For Lucy, one-year-old great niece of Faith member Pat Gsellman. Lucy has been diagnosed with leukemia and is receiving chemotherapy, that she and her family may be strengthened.

(5-4) For Faith member Steve Ringer who is being treated for cancer, that he may be strengthened, and for Carla as she provides support.

 

(5-4) For Faith member Tim Keeler who is being treated for cancer, that he may be strengthened, and for Martha as she provides support.

 

(5-4) For Danielle Whitaker, daughter of Faith members Bob and Dixie Whitaker, who is in hospice care at home, that she and her family may be comforted.

 

(5-4) For Faith member Eli Copper who was hospitalized and is recovering at home, that she may be strengthened.

 

(5-5) For Beth Haas was hospitalized and is recovering at home, that she may be strengthened.

 

(5-6) For Faith member Shirley Nutter’s son, Scott, as he struggles with alcohol addiction and seeks treatment, that he may be strengthened.

 

(5-8) For Faith member Ginny Greenawalt who is recovering from outpatient hand surgery, that she may be strengthened.

(5-8) For Faith members Calvin, Donna, Karen, Jim, Bill, Garth and Marian, Jean, Sally Liane and Howard who are in assisted living facilities, or receiving nursing care, that they may sense God’s presence with them and be comforted.

(5-13) For Faith staff member Beth Unk’s mother as she recovers from a serious stroke, and for Beth and her family as they provide support, that they all may be strengthened.

(5-19) For Faith member Becky Kuhar who is facing shoulder surgery, that she may be strengthened.

Special Prayers:

 

(5-9) For Ken Hesser, son of Faith member Midge Murphy. He is deployed to Qatar for six months with the Air Force Reserves, that he may be strengthened and remain safe.

 

In Times of Loss:

 

(4-27) For Faith member David Nelson, and family, upon the death of his sister, Jill, that they may be comforted.

 

(4-28) For regular visitor Midge Murphy, and family, upon the sudden death of her niece’s husband, that they may be comforted.

 

(4-28) For those whose loved one died in the synagogue shooting in California, and all who were injured, that they may be comforted and strengthened.

 

(5-4) For Faith member Denise Henkel, and family, upon the unexpected death of her father on May 3, that they may be comforted.

 

(5-5) For Faith member Seth Solberg, and family, upon the sudden death of his cousin, Matthew, in a motorcycle accident, especially for Matthew’s girlfriend Jacqui who was injured in the accident and is recovering from major surgery, his children Kail and Kelsey, his parents, Tom Sr. and Betty and his siblings, Tom and Kris, and their families, that they may be comforted.

 

(5-5) For Vivian Miller, driver of the vehicle involved in an accident with Matthew Solberg, that resulted in his death, that she too may sense God’s presence in the midst of this tragedy.

 

(5-18) For Bob and Mary Hartz, and family, upon the death of Bob’s mother, Nancy Hartz, that they may be comforted. The funeral service will be later this month at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Akron.

 

With Thanksgiving:

 

(5-20) For the Easter season as we continue to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus!
