Vicars - 1985 & 1986

The first intern to serve a year at Faith while a seminary student was Nancy Eaton, starting September 1, 1985. Jean Hansen was our second intern; she began her year on September 1, 1986. After graduation, Pastor Jean served St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sharon Center, Ohio and then worked at St. Luke's Lutheran Home in Canton. She has now returned to Faith Lutheran Church as Senior Pastor. 
Two members of the congregation have attended Trinity Seminary in Columbus, Ohio. Dee Emmert is now a Lutheran pastor in Norton, Ohio and John Maroni, formerly Faith's youth director, is currently serving an internship before graduation and placement in a congregation.
