FLC partnered with Rise Against Hunger and packaged over 10,000 meals to send to those in need around the world!
Of the 109 people who showed, some were from a local baseball team, some were Scouts, some were Faith members. Ages ranged from 3 to 97!
Everyone was able to serve in some way: hauling heavy items, weighing and packaging the dried food, sticking on stickers, sealing the bags, filling the boxes, tearing down and cleaning up!
This time of service and fellowship brought us closer together in the name of Jesus and for the common purpose to heed his command and feed the hungry.
