A special focus at OPEN M’s annual meeting on September 9, was connection with partners and in this regard, Faith Lutheran Church was highlighted. To demonstrate our support, Bob Pacanovsky, Marketing and Events Consultant with OPEN M, created a video featuring our community garden which was shown at the event. For the presentation Bob interviewed Tim Lewis and Nancy Bradshaw on Sunday, September 6, in our garden.

790,336 meals were provided to neighbors in need
1,668 free medical appointments were hosted
$851,399 in prescription value was made available
337 individuals were supported through employment services, placing 52 new hires into stable jobs
150 individuals celebrated work anniversaries
Our year-to-date contribution of this summer’s garden produce is 2,075 pounds.
